Mallorca Capital is an investment product in “fixed and secure income”, based on an underlying real economy, the tourism sector (hotels). The investments are especially focused on vacational areas such as Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Costa del Sol, among others, and first class cities such as Madrid, Málaga, Barcelona, etc.
Mallorca Capital seeks to exploit the structural and conjunctural situation created around the hospitality industry, in a financial low interest rate environment, and with a fiscal strategy that allows the creation of a vehicle for investment with superior returns.
Investment Vehicle, articulated as a Public Limited Company, which will be legally transformed into an investment listed company in the real estate market (REIT in spanish). This investment company will hold all the rights on the assets acquired directly or through companies. The objective of the investment vehicle is obtaining profitability and liquidity through a specialization in investments in the hotel sector.
Direct or indirect investment in real estate assets that generate income in rent format (to be fixed or mixed), and gains through its subsequent sale, being the repositioning of the asset of priority interest.
