Mallorca Capital has a division focused on providing comprehensive or partial advisory services to families / institutions, or helping entrepreneurs in their business growth or consolidation processes.

For this purpose, we provide the following comprehensive services regarding this advisoty programs:

  • Checkup and Diagnosis: comprehensive analysis of the current wealth / investments / real estate position. 
  • Roadmap: preparation of the strategic investment  plan. 
  • Negotiation of the best conditions with banks. 
  • Supervision or active management of assets. 
  • Consolidated reporting of all investments, including analysis of returns and risks. 
  • Implementation, together with the client’s legal and tax advisors, or those of Mallorca Capital, of efficient invesmtent / holding structures.
  • Assistance, if requested, to the Family Council. 
  • Design of training line for different family members. 

     

    We also provide partial wealth advisory services to families or institutions:  

    • Collaboration in the preparation of a wealth Planning Roadmap. 
    • Opinion on the economic situation and financial markets to help in decision making. 
    • Monitoring and supervision of external wealth managers. 
    • Consolidated reporting of all investments, including profitability and risk analysis. 
    • Assistance, if requested, to the Investment Committee.

    The provision of any services related to regulated investments is carried out directly through the partners/associates of Mallorca Capital who are duly accredited and hold official agency relationships. Mallorca Capital has agreements in place with each of the partners/associates.

    In addition to adivisory mentioned, we can also be involved as corporate advisors in the companies or business lines of interest that our clients may have, thus, collaborating in the growth/stabilization or cost control phases:
    • Assistance to Boards of Directors. 
    • Collaboration at a corporate level: Strategic commercial advisory, search for financing, access to capital markets, divestments of non-strategic parts, control of the business plan, valuations, accounting, legal, and others. 

    We provide accounting and tax advisory services through our agreement with the firm Dolphin Asesores, as well as with other relevant national and local firms.
